What do you need from me to get started?
Just the property address, a few photos (phone is fine), and any specific instructions — staging notes, brand colours, or preferred music. We'll take it from there.
How do revisions work?
Starter includes 2 revisions, Growth includes 4. A revision is a change to the edit — timing, text, music swap, colour grade. Re-shooting footage is a separate conversation.
Can I get faster turnaround?
Standard is 48 hours. Same-day or 24-hour turnaround is available on request — mention it when you submit your brief and we'll confirm availability.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We revise until it's right, within the included revision count. If we can't get there within that, we'll discuss — but the vast majority of clients sign off on the first or second pass.
Do you offer discounts for multiple properties?
Yes. Listing 3+ properties per month? Mention it in your enquiry and we'll discuss a volume rate.
